    Nice upgrade from standard door knobs

    I like the heft that this black door handle has. It feels like it's solid and durable. It was easy to install with a Phillips head screwdriver. The latch is adjustable for a deeper backset, which is nice. It can also be installed for either direction because the handle will move up and down. The screws are a size smaller than the original ones so I was sure to hand tighten the latch and latch plate so I didn't strip them out. It only took a few minutes to swap out and is a nice upgrade from the old tulip doorknobs that were previously there. The spring mechanism has the right amount of resistance without it being difficult to open the door. I didn't have to do any chiseling or routing to install this handle. A decent value and I would buy it again.
