    The installed item look just as it does in the Amazon photos. The feel of the lever turning is very satisfying. The kit includes many extra screws in case you lose any, especially a plethora of extra set screws. Installation was a breeze, the same as with any basic doorknob. The only difference is that you have to remove a plate on one side to gain access to the two main installation screws. I didn't bother with the included instructions, because the whole process seemed so obvious. The instructions do look very clear, using proper English and excellent drawings for each step. The whole experience reminds me of how products used to be, when they were all more carefully made. The satin brass finish does dull with skin oils, which is to be expected. You can see some of this in my first photo of the installed handle.

    Sturdy, Solid and Beautiful

    Wow - each piece of this was super sturdy and solid and it looks beautiful. We replaced one lock with smart dead-bolt and realized we lost a handle in the process. This dead handle worked perfectly and also looks beautiful.
