The latch was damaged while we were trying to install one of the knobs. I contacted the seller and they sent us a replacement in a timely manner. We did have a little trouble with install due to the standard holes in our door not aligning just right with the knobs. Probably due to different international standards.

This door handle has weight to it, and looks much nicer than the standard, contractor-grade knobs we previously used. It has an attractive finish, and feels sturdier when used.

Just fancy in a classy way. The color Ianâ€:tm:s design is pretty by itself not to shiny but still bold enough to bring attention to it. Easy to install with all the right tools. If you tighten it it does not wobble. Locking for security and easy to open with the key. Great value for the cost

Love these door handles, they are modern and stylish. They look great on my double doors. They were easy to install and operate. Itâ€:tm:s a great value.

I installed these dummy handles inside and outside along with a keyless entry lock. The door is very heavy and these handles are very strong and solid to push and pull a very old hardwood solid door. The satin brass golden finish is absolutely exquisite and looks way more expensive than my pictures or the pictures on the Amazon product page. I had not planned to paint this old door, but these handles look so good that a bit of paint will turn an old side door into an impressive entrance. Installation on a recent door should be quite easy. However, if you are putting these handles on old hardwood door, do note that the included brass screws are made for MDF, not hardwood, and they stripped very easily even though I had drilled 1/8 in screw holes. I finally used 1-1/2" #6 wood screws and hand screwed them with a ratchet. Also be sure to well tighten the hex inset screws as I have had inset screws fall out of other door handle sets. I am totally thrilled with the new look and function of this wonderful old door.

I was taught that reading is fundamental in school. . . i just did not pay enough attention that these are dummy door handles. I have a working set that I installed on my office door and was planning on replacing all my up-stairs doors with these beautiful handles. These are great. . . . I just couldn't use them. If you have like a cupboard door or something that just needs a unique handle on it- these are great- or even a sliding door.

Very beautiful handle - I love the gold color. And the modern design is perfect. Generally seems well made, but mine had a small defect or nick. Nothing too visible, so I'll still use, but hopefully not an issue for others. But all in all, seems well priced and I'd consider ordering again.
