Production Process

Effective Craftsmanship

Creating new designs involves a fascinating process. First, an idea is researched, processed and sketched. Exact dimensions, formulas and techniques are evaluated. Then, a two-dimensional model is computer generated using design software. Next, a three-dimensional prototype is fabricated and a mold created of the desired shape, and manufacturing begins.

At this point, the custom handles are put into the hands of expert craftsmen, who begin the casting process, which is handcrafted skillfully. The zinc material is melted and the molten metal is then poured into the hollow molds and left to harden. The handles then undergo various finishing treatments which are done by proficient craftsmen as well. The various colors and finishes are expertly planted and the final product gets a professional polish and another once-over to ensure that any rough edges remaining get smoothed over.

A group of professionals check to ensure that all parts of the handle work perfectly. A thorough inspection checks the durability and strength of the product, enabling its use in the heat, cold, rain and its resistance to general wear and tear. If the sample qualifies as perfect in strength, durability, functionality, appearance, and performance, it can move on to assembly.

The assembly process is done by hand too, with proficient craftsmen carefully combining the parts to construct the handles. Each piece is inspected to confirm that it does not have any blemishes or rough edges. Throughout the entire process, professionals keep checking to ensure that everything is running smoothly so that our customers are presented with premium quality and aesthetic hardware.
